- Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items such as Beauty Products are not eligible for return.

- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We will provide the return shipping label and deduct the cost from the return amount.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. We will ask you for pictures of the damage and once approved we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the damaged unit back we will send a replacement or issue refund whichever you prefer.

- Sample sale items are non-refundable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Custom-made or personalized items may not be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
