  1. Return Eligibility
  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Certain items such as Beauty Products are not eligible for return.

  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We will provide the return shipping label and deduct the cost from the return amount.
  1. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. We will ask you for pictures of the damage and once approved we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the damaged unit back we will send a replacement or issue  refund whichever you prefer.

  • Beauty Items are non-refundable
  • Sample sale items are non-refundable
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
